Raised by a solo mother with three children 8 and 3 years old and 6 months, Fred was forced to move into an emergency house in his last years of primary school. From this early stage in life, he learnt that his past, no matter how bad it may have been doesn't define who he is or his future - a lesson he strives to instil into his children. From this lesson, he ensures that his family gives back to our community where we can whether it’s financially or their time and help.

Fast forward 30 years after 5 years working for a government agency, he finally found a career he loves, and that is Property Management!!

From starting his career in 2007, he's formed some great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors, Property Managers and Adjudicators! Working for five different Real Estate companies, each time he grew his confidence to prove his value in the industry. Today, Fred leads an award-winning team who for the last year have placed in three of the top six categories regionally. 

He will be sharing this story, what he has learned along the way, as well as what tools he and his team have used to grow exponentially over the years.
