Paul has been involved in the Property Management and Recruitment industries for 20 years. 

He initially became involved in Property Management as a business and life coach for Real Estate principals where he focused on business growth and personal goal setting and achievement for business owners. 

He has also spent a decade working with Property Management software and how businesses can use the software for efficiency and growth. 

He started his career in Recruitment in 2005 and moved on to running his own Recruitment business from 2007 to 2011 after which we worked with Hamish to recruit and grow Hamish’s Property Management business. He has now joined HTA as their recruitment partner to offer consulting recruitment to HTA clients.
